Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Sundancæ Research Inc. ("Sundancæ", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website, rental platform, render farm, or engage us for engineering, advertising or investment services (together, the "Services").

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us: name, email, company, billing details and anything you include in a contact form, support request or contract.
• Information from using the Services: usage logs, instance metadata, billing and usage history, and diagnostic information tied to your account.
• Information from third parties: payment processors, and, where you connect them, ad-platform and analytics accounts used to deliver advertising services.

How we use it

We use information to:

• Provision, bill and support the compute, render farm, engineering and advertising Services;
• Secure our infrastructure and investigate misuse of the platform;
• Communicate about your account, invoices and material changes to the Services;
• Meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations in the jurisdictions we operate in.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer workload data (the contents of anything you run on the fleet) to train models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service you requested.

Data residency and storage

Compute and storage stay in the site you provision them in. We do not move workload data between sites without your instruction. Account and billing records are held for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and deleted or anonymised after that.

Cookies and similar technology

The marketing site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site functional (for example, remembering a signed-in session). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on sundancae.com.

Third parties

We share information with the vendors that make the Services possible: payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure monitoring, under agreements that restrict them to using it only to provide that service to us. Advertising-services clients' own ad-platform and analytics data is processed only to deliver the advertising engagement and is never combined across client accounts.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@sundancae.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Bare metal nodes are single-tenant; on-demand instances are isolated at the hypervisor and network layer. Access to customer data internally is limited to what a given role requires.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes materially, and, where the change is significant, notify active account holders by email.
